Safety and Security

It is our desire to see everyone have the best possible experience at Praise Church. This includes having an environment conducive to the presence of God, whereby the Holy Spirit has freedom to operate in hearts, as well as a physically safe environment, with the health and protection of our members in mind. In summary, we address the importance of having a positive corporate gathering experience both spiritually and physically.

Porters

The porter ministry at Praise Church assists in the spiritual order of the House of God. This is accomplished through prayer, both prior to and during weekly services, with the intent of seeing the Holy Spirit work in and through the members of Praise Church during times of corporate worship and teaching. Each porter has a “gate”, or section of the building, he or she is assigned to, which becomes their point of spiritual focus in prayer, as well as assisting the members of the church in that area, ensuring they have the best possible worship experience.

Safety/Security

The safety/security ministry at Praise Church assists in facilitating a safe place where families can come and worship together. This ministry serves the church by ensuring the facility and ministries are safe through established safety and security practices. The members of this team monitor the premises for safety and security issues, weather related hazards and medical emergencies. In addition, this team acts as the first responders to any medical emergencies that occur in any corporate service, until professional help arrives to take control of the emergency.
