Men

The men’s ministry of Praise Church is structured to provide our men a spiritual outlet to minister the Gospel to one another and to men outside the church. First, it offers every man inside the walls of our church the opportunity to be mentored by another individual, which is our method of discipleship. It also sponsors building and serving projects for men who enjoy working with their hands. Those projects include working with local organizations helping to provide needed handicap ramps and platforms for those who cannot afford them.

The men of Praise Church currently are in partnership with C.O.R.E Alliance, a Christian organization providing relief effort in Haiti by constructing homes for victims of the earthquake. The men of Praise Church are also in Partnership with Mary’s Hope Sober Homes, a local organization providing housing for men who have completed a rehabilitation program but not ready to re-enter society. Our men teach these men about Christ and help them to return to a healthy and viable lifestyle in their communities.

The men’s ministry at Praise Church is a place for men to give and receive. It is available for every man in Praise Church to become involved. Meetings are currently held monthly at Praise Church.

Women

In understanding the blessings God has bestowed on us, the desire to serve Him is compelling. We serve Him by serving others.

Our heart in “Royal Legacy” is to see every woman understand what she has in and through her relationship with Christ. She then can use all that God has put in her to reach out to others. Through this understanding she can become and do all that God has purposed for her life.

Christ is our stability, our heritage and our security for the future. “LORD, you give me stability and prosperity; you make my future secure.” Psalm 16:5

This ministry conducts two women’s Encounters, a Christmas tea, and a women’s retreat each year. In addition, we offer an ongoing mentoring program for women who desire such, as this is our method of discipleship. Lastly, we reach out to women outside of our church through partnership with Mary’s Hope Sober Homes and Lakota Indian women in Pine Ridge, South Dakota.

Royal Legacy is a ministry available for every woman in Praise Church to participate in and become a part of.
